CRES MOST (Management, Operations and Sales Training)

An intensive 1 1/2-2 day training program that integrates a proven method incorporating innovative techniques in territory management, cold calling, and team building with effective management strategies including business plans (both office and individual), operating models, market analysis, ethics, goal setting and review/assessment.

Designed as an open forum for small classrooms or on-site teaching, instructors lecture using power point, models, templates and sample forms. Students are extensively involved in demonstrations, presentations, role-playing and open discussion.

Current and emerging technology, resources, and office systems are featured segments as well, with handouts and reference materials provided.

This course is valuable for the newer sales professionals as well as experienced personnel and emphasizes process and procedure in securing commercial business.

No special equipment or previous training is necessary; however, an understanding of basic concepts and terminology used in commercial transactions is useful.

Class size is limited and Registration is necessary. The course is offered free to all PCS companies and at a modest fee for PREA companies.

SPECIAL TOPICS SEMINARS

One day seminars on topics of special interest or relevance are offered periodically throughout the year. Topics will vary. Lecturers and trainers are experts in their field.

These seminars are valuable for the more experienced sales professionals and managers, and emphasize specific aspects of commercial real estate in great detail.

Any special equipment, such as computers or calculators, or specific educational background or experience requirements will be listed in the Seminar description.

Class size is limited and Registration is necessary. The seminars are offered free to PCS companies.
