How are companies selected?

Our research identifies companies that we feel would benefit by a national commercial real estate affiliation, or purchase of a commercial franchise, and who we feel would grow and add value to our Prudential brand. We are researching markets throughout the 50 states and constantly updating our data looking for companies with high potential for growth and success.

What is the Process?

Information may be requested by you or automatically sent by us that provides a brief overview of who we are and what we are looking for.

After the information is sent, a follow-up phone call is made by our franchise sales representative to determine interest level.

If the phone call is positive, then an interview with our franchise sales team is arranged to determine mutual interest, answer questions and explore a possible affiliation.

From that point on, it becomes paperwork.

If I want to join how long does it take? How long is the Process?

Usually 45-60 days, once you begin the Process. Much depends on how quickly you can assemble the necessary information.

What are the fees?

Fees are based on geography and size of market. They are very competitive with other national commercial real estate brands.

How long is the Franchise Agreement?

5 years or longer.

Can I get an Exclusive for my Territory?

Yes, exclusives are given as long as you meet the minimum requirements agreed upon at the outset of the Franchise Agreement.

Can I get Training?

Yes, sales professional training is available four times per year at no cost to you. Sessions are one or two days and deal with specific subjects or general management and sales strategies and techniques. Training workshops are also a part of our Annual Sales Conference. More detailed information is available on other sections of this website. All training is offered free to sales professionals, managers and broker/owners.

What else can I get?

We provide an online Referral Database which you can access, web-based and intra-net technology and tools to help you organize and grow your business, and management training in a two-day on-site operations analysis. We have a national website with Featured Properties you may list your best properties on (see the FEATURED PROPERTIES on this website) and an annual Business Conference with workshops and presentations by leaders in the field. These are just a few of the many benefits of joining a national network.

What does Website Technology Cost?

Up front fees of $8,000 which is reimbursed through a royalty fee credit of $8,000.

What does Operational Analysis Cost? What does Management Training Cost?

All of these services are offered free of charge to all Prudential CRES Commercial Services affiliates.
