The agreement was designed to focus on helping PCS affiliates to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction. Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate - PCS joined with CRES to establish a new standard for commercial real estate brokerage operations. The result is a program that provides qualifying companies throughout North America the right to use the name Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate.
