Mark brings fresh perspective to strategic planning and operations adapting approaches from Wall Street and industries outside of commercial real estate. His methods include better planning alignment to managerial responsibilities and business process, more integration of technology, overhead reduction and more comprehensive training for sales professionals. The end goal is to maximize service and revenue. In 1996, Mark initiated and developed the CB Partner Program -- the domestic expansion program for CB Richard Ellis. There Mark's approaches, systems and strategies were proven and became the foundation for brokerage services offered through CRES. Mark also served as the executive managing director for CB Commercial Government Services Group, where he represented CB Richard Ellis to governmental agencies, and obtained a consulting contract with the federal government. Mark left CB Richard Ellis in 1988 to become president of Rubloff Corporate Real Estate Services. Two years later he left that company to become founder and president of Commercial Real Estate Training Inc. During his training consultancy, Mark developed a proprietary training program that approaches corporate real estate business management and operations from strategic as well as tactical viewpoints. The program focuses on managing client service and profitability for today and the future. |
