 Marisela J. Cotilla, Managing Director of the CRES National Services Group/Corporate Services, is a veteran commercial real estate broker with over 24 years in the commercial real estate and commercial lending Industry. During her real estate brokerage career, Marisela has had the distinction and, as she has stated, the great "honor" of working with some of the top national brokerage firms in the country, such as; CB Richard Ellis, Marcus & Millichap and The Codina Group. This experience has provided her with in-depth knowledge and firsthand experience in all areas of commercial real estate brokerage. As an investment broker, Marisela successfully closed over $189,000,000 in commercial properties and represented many institutional and national owners with the marketing and strategic planning of their real estate assets. At Prudential CRES, National Services Group, Marisela's primary focus is to establish corporate and national relationships and introducing them to the Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate growing network and their expanding corporate capabilities.
