 As CRES' Senior Executive Vice President - Chief Operating Officer, Ingrid brings first-hand knowledge, insight and solid experience regarding what it takes to operate a world-class commercial real estate company and adds value to Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate with her comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate sales and operations.
Prior to joining CRES, Ingrid was a Vice President and Director of Operations & Liaison for CBRE Partners, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of CBRE. During this time she not only marketed the CBRE Partners program to independently owned and operated commercial real estate firms, but also led in the implementation of a new customer orientation program, the development of national and local advertisement campaigns, and the planning of annual Partner conferences.
In her 12 years as Vice President for CBRE in Glendale, CA, Ingrid was an Office Sales and Leasing specialist and member of the Top Seven (earners) from 1987-1993. Prior to her sales career at CBRE, Ingrid managed a CBRE Los Angeles Metro office of more than 70 staff members. Ingrid maintains her active real estate license in the State of California.
Among Ingrid's major accomplishments include assisting Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate through the International Organization of Standards "ISO 9002" documentation and quality certification process. Pru CRES is the industry's first commercial real estate brokerage network to be registered by the organization. |
